Super-Easy Pizza Dough

Delicious homemade pizza dough is easier to make than you think...and we'll show you how!

Ingredients

Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Active dry yeast 10 Gram
All purpose flour
Other ingredients
Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (For dusting)
Salt and pepper To Taste (Optional)
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Dried basil 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, pour in the warm water, add in the olive oil, sugar and yeast stir to dissolve and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and seasonings. Add 2 cups flour mixture, one cup at a time, to yeast mixture stir until dough is easy to handle.

3. Knead dough on a floured surface until no longer sticky, adding remaining flour as needed. Cover with a tea towel let rise for 30 minutes.

SERVING

4. Bake the pizza with your favorite topping and serve.
