This was my first attempt with pizza on the grill..

Ingredients

For alfredo sauce
Butter 4 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Flour 2 Tablespoon (or more for dusting dough)
Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , grated (or cheese mix can be used)
Black pepper To Taste
For pizza
Pizza dough ball 1
Lump crab meat 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , shredded to chunks
Mozarella cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , shredded (cheese mix can also be used)
Onion 1/4 , sliced into rings
Tomato 1 , sliced
Oregano 2 Pinch
Bacon bit 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a pan put butter and add garlic. Heat it on medium and let the butter melt.

2. Add the flour and stir well to remove lumps and cook for a minute. Pour the heavy cream and milk and continue to stir and cook for a few more minutes.

3. Put the parmesan cheese and season with black pepper. Mix well and cook till the sauce thickens to a smooth desired consistency. Set aside.

4. Preheat the grill.

MAKING

5. Sprinkle flour over a flat work surface and put the pizza on it. Sprinkle more flour on the dough and spread it to desired size. Pat the flattened pizza dough to remove excess flour from it and place it back on the work surface.

6. Spread the Alfredo sauce generously all over the pizza. Sprinkle lump crab meat followed by mozzarella cheese. Arrange the onions and tomatoes all over the pizza and finish by sprinkling the bacon on top. Season with oregano.

7. Place this on the grill and cook for around 10 minutes or till the pizza is done.

8. Remove from the grill and let it sit for a few minutes before cutting it.

SERVING

9. In a serving plate, slice and serve the pizza hot.
