Ingredients
  Whole grain tortillas 1
  Mozarella cheese 3 Ounce, sliced and shredded (1 ounce sliced and remaining shredded further divided into half for tortilla pizza and portabella pizza)
  Low carb pizza sauce 6 Tablespoon (4 tbsp. for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon (1 tbsp. for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Tomato 2 Small, diced (1 for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , sliced (1/4 for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , sliced (1/4 for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Red onions 1⁄2 , sliced (1/4 for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Mushroom 2 , sliced (1 for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (1/4 tsp. for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Basil 2 Teaspoon, chopped (1 tsp. for the tortilla pizza and remaining for the Portabella pizza)
  Portabella mushroom cap 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.

MAKING
2. For Making Tortilla Pizzas– Over a whole grain tortilla spread mozzarella slices, makes layers with pizza sauce, tomatoes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, basil, mushroom and crushed pepper.
3. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and parmesan over the Tortillas.
4. Bake for 20 minutes over a pizza stone at 400 degrees F.
5. For Making Portabella Pizza – take out the stick of the pizza and clean the gills.
6. Stuff with the remaining ingredients and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

SERVING
7. Serve Tortilla Pizzas and Portabella Pizzas with fruit juice and enjoy!
