Ingredients
  Fat free refried beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat tortillas 1 Medium
  Reduced fat cheddar cheese/Mexican blend cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded lettuce 2 Tablespoon
  Diced tomatoes 2 Tablespoon
  Lowfat sour cream 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
2. Line the baking sheet with aluminium foil.

MAKING
3. Spread beans evenly over the tortillas.
4. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

SERVING
6. Top the Quick Mexican Pizza with sour cream, cut into wedges and serve.
