Z Pizza - Part 3 (Pizza Rustica )

Ingredients
  Thin crust pizza base 1 Medium
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Low fat)
  Gorgonzola cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pear 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Farenheit.

MAKING
2.Brush the pizza base lightly with oil.
3.Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the pizza base.
4.Next goes in the gorgonzola cheese all over the pizza.
5.Place the thinly sliced pears on the crust.
6.Top the pizza crust again with gorgonzola cheese.
7.Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

SERVING
8.Take it out from the oven, slice and serve.
