Gluten Free Pizza

Ingredients
  Gluten free flour mixture 1 Kilogram (For the pizza base)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (For the pizza base)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (For the pizza base)
  Active dried yeast 1 Tablespoon (For the pizza base)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon (For the pizza base)
  Warm water 1 Liter (For the pizza base)
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz) (For the topping)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced (For the topping)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (For the topping)
  Mushroom 5 Medium, sliced and blanched (For the topping)
  Red onion 1 Large, sliced and sauted (For the topping)
  Soft goat cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For the topping)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Centigrade or 400 degrees Farenheit.

MAKING
2.Combine all the ingredients for the pizza base until you get a soft dough.
3.Lightly grease and flour the baking dish.
4.Spoon the dough evenly onto the baking tin.
5.Pour olive oil on top.
6.Mix the garlic and the oregano in the chopped tomatoes.
7.Spread on the pizza dough.
8.Top with blanched mushrooms, sauted red onions and goat’s cheese.
9.Bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
10.Slice or cut into squares and serve.
