Cheese And Sausage Pizza
|Diced salami||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Canned tomato sauce||6 Ounce|
|Chopped onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oregano||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned refrigerator biscuits||16 Ounce|
|Mozzarella cheese||12 Ounce|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine salami, tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, oregano, basil, garlic salt and sugar; mix well.
Roll biscuits on floured surface into 5-inch rounds.
Fit rolled biscuits over bottom and sides of two 12-inch pizza pans.
Bake in 400-degree oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly browned.
Cover crusts with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
Spread tomato mixture over cheese.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven; bake for about 15 minutes or until crust is done and cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
