|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Party rye bread slices||3|
|Mozzarella cheese||1 Pound|
Saute sausage in skillet until thoroughly cooked and browned; drain off excess fat.
Combine sausage, catsup and oregano; spread over bread slices.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage mixture.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
