English Muffin "Pizza" (Betty's Kitchen Fare)

How to make a quick "pizza" with an English Muffin. Great lunch meal or a snack. One muffin makes two "pizzas". Cooking demo by Betty Bannerman Busciglio (Betty's Kitchen Fare)
Ingredients
  English muffin 2 , split and lightly toasted
  Tomato slices 2
  Aged cheddar cheese 40 Gram (2 slices)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly grounded
  Italian herbs 1 Dash (rosemary, oregano, basil)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.

MAKING
2. On prepared baking pan, place a slice of tomato on a muffin half, sprinkle with seasonings and top with cheese.
3. Place under a broiler for two or three minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted.

SERVING
4. Serve English Muffin Pizza with marinara sauce and enjoy!
