Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 4 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Anchovies 10 , chopped
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dry gouda 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Carefully read the instructions given on the pizza roll package and allow to rise
2) In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil
3) Saute the onion till soft
4) Tip in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, oregano and salt
5) Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for about 15 minutes
6) Once the dough has risen , divide the dough to fit two jelly roll pans
7) Brush the doughs with olive oil
8) Spread in half the grated cheese and cover with the tomato sauce
9) Cover with the remaining cheese, and spread the anchovies, parsley and dry gouda
10) Bake the dough for about 20 minutes at 450 F

SERVING
11) Using a sharp knife, cut into squares and serve hot
