Vegetarian Pizza Appetizer

Ingredients
  Refrigerated pizza crust 10 Ounce (1 pack)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 pack)
  Low fat small curd cottage cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fat free mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ranch salad dressing mix 1⁄2 Ounce (1 pack)
  Fresh vegetables 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), finely chopped (Green Pepper, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Seeded Tomato)
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Sliced ripe olives/Green olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Monterey jack cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced cherry tomatoes 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 425 F

MAKING
2) Into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch greased jelly roll pan stretch the pizza dough
3) Prick the dough several times with a fork
4) Bake for 10 minutes till crisp
5) Cool onto a wire rack
6) Using a knife, cut the cream cheese into chunks
7) Place into a blender and add the cottage cheese, mayonnaise and the dressing mix
8) Cover and blend till smooth
9) Spread the mixture onto the crust pizza
10) Add the vegetable, adding the carrot, green onions and olives pressing into the cream cheese
11) Cover the pizza with foil and place in the refrigerator to chill for about 4 hours

SERVING
12) Sprinkle in the cheese and using a knife, cut into squares
13) Place them into a serving platter
