Ingredients
  Onions 8 Ounce, chopped (225g)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Streaky bacon 4 Ounce, chopped (100 g)
  Red pepper 1 , deseeded and chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (15g)
  Cooking oil 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (100 g)
  Oregano 3 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 5 Tablespoon (paste)
Directions

MAKING:
1) In a deep bowl combine onions, crushed garlic, streaky bacon, red pepper, butter, cooking oil, salt and pepper and cook them for about 5 minutes (stir the contents during this process and cover the dish while cooking).
2) Add the mushrooms, tomato puree and oregano and mix well.
3) Cover the dish and cook for another 5 minutes.

SERVING:
4) Set aside the dish for about 10 minutes, before serving it.
