Whole Wheat Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Dried whole oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Blend tomatoes in a blender for a smooth consistency.
2. Pour the tomatoes in a small Dutch oven.

MAKING
3. Add the rest of the ingredients - stirring constantly.
4. Boil the mixture.
5. Reduce the heat and let the ingredients simmer for 1 hour, uncovered. ( Check to see if sauce thickened to 3 cups)

FINALIZING
6. Divide into 1 cup portions and freeze.

SERVE
7. Serve pizza sauce with whole wheat pizza.
