Grilled Pizza

  Pita bread/Indian naan bread, even flour tortillas will do 2
  Grated cheese 5 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Roasted peppers 9 Ounce (Red And Yellow, 225 Gram Jar)

On each flat bread put about 2oz (50g) cheese.
On one put red peppers and at the end sprinkle a little bit more cheese.
On a second repeat the process just with yellow peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
Put your flat bread on top of hot grill or BBQ or even very hot oven will do the work. Grill them for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and flat bread becomes crispy.
