Mini Melba Pizzas

Ingredients
  No salt added tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole grain melba roast rounds 24
  Fresh mushrooms 6 Medium, thinly sliced
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Part skim mozzarella cheese 1 Ounce, shredded (1/4 Cup)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, shredded (1/4 Cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2) In a small bowl, add tomato sauce, oregano, and basil.
3) Stir well and place aside.

MAKING
4) On a baking sheet, place the melba toast rounds.
5) On each melba round, spread 1 teaspoon tomato sauce mixture.
6) Place even quantity of mushrooms, onions, and cheeses on top of tomato sauce on each round.
7) Place the baking sheet inside oven to bake for 3 minutes or until cheeses melt.

SERVING
8) Serve warm with hot sauce.
