Pita Pizza

A great way to eat veges! The Pita Pizza is low in fat and so yummo!!
Ingredients
  Pita 1
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Tomato 1 Small, chopped
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 3 Pinch
  Black pepper 3 Pinch
  Oregano 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat, place the pita and rub into oil from both sides.
2. Sprinkle basil, black pepper, garlic, onion, mozzarella cheese, tomato, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Cook covered for 1 minute.

SERVING
3. Serve hot with your choice of dip and beverage.
