Four Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
  Frozen bread dough 16 Ounce, thawed (1 Loaf)
  Sweet red pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded swiss cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Minced basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Plum tomatoes 3 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 15-in circle.
Transfer to a greased 14-in pizza pan; build up edges slightly.
Prick dough several times with a fork.
Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven.
Reduce heat to 375°.
Sprinkle chopped peppers, cheeses, parsley and basil over crust.
Arrange tomato slices over top.
In a small bowl, combine oil and garlic; brush over tomatoes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
