Grilled Beef N Vegetable Topped Pizza
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Spaghetti sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Prepared)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen bread dough/Pizza dough||1 Pound, thawed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink, stirring to break up beef; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and steak sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
Divide dough in half; shape each piece into 8-inch round.
Brush one side of each dough round with oil.
Grill pizza dough rounds, oil side down, over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until dough is firm and brown.
Brush tops of dough rounds with oil and turn over on grill surface.
Top each with half the beef mixture, cheese, tomato, onions and olives.
Grill, covered with lid or foil, for 5 to 7 minutes or until bottoms are golden and cheese melts.
