|Active dry yeast||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a small bowl, stir together the water and yeast and let stand for 5 minutes or until foamy. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture, drizzle on the oil, and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes together in a soft dough.
2. Knead the dough for 3 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Use to make All-American Pizza, Crowd Pleasin' Pizza or your own favorite. Makes sufficient dough for two 12-inch round pizzas or one 15- x 10-inch pizza, enough for 8 servings.
