Deluxe Turkey Club Pizza
|Refrigerated pizza crust||1 (10 Ounces)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Cubed cooked turkey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon strips||4 , cooked and crumbled|
|Fresh mushrooms||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded colby cheese/Monterey jack cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
Unroll pizza dough and press onto a greased 12-in pizza pan; build up edges slightly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 425° for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon peel; spread over crust.
Top with tomato, turkey, bacon, mushrooms, onion and cheese.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into slices.
