Herbed Chevre And Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
  6 inch pita bread 3 , halved to make 6
  Pita bread halves 6 (Of 6 Inch Size)
  French bread loaf 1 (About 16-20 Inches Long)
  Prebaked pizza shell 1 (Of 15 Inch Size)
  15 inch prebaked pizza shell 1
Topping:
  Chevre 8 Ounce
  Ricotta cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil/Chopped fresh tarragon / a combination / 2 teaspoons dried 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced or pressed
  Chopped black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , thinly sliced
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven according to the directions for the pizza crust you are using.
In a large bowl, combine the chevre, ricotta, basil and/or tarragon, parsley, garlic, and optional olives.
Spread the herbed cheese topping on the pizza crust and top with the sliced tomatoes and black pepper.
Bake following the instructions given for the crust you are using.
