Basic Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a mixer bowl, put yeast and warm water in it and leave for 5 minutes.
2.Put oil, salt, chopped onion and 1 1/2 cups flour to it and mix well to make a soft dough.
3.Roll the dough out on lightly floured area.
4.Add flour and make into a hard dough.
5.Take a bowl; oil it using a cooking vegetable spray.
6.Put the dough in it and leave it for some time for rising.
7.Once done, make dough in two parts to put in two 12 inch pans.

SERVING
8.Use the dough for making pizza.
