Pizza Rice Breakfast Casserole

This breakfast casserole is a treat for the pasta lovers! Try it and you will feel delighted!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounces Each)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  4% cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato sauce, sugar, salt, parsley, garlic powder, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Combine the rice and cottage cheese; spoon half into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Top with half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 325┬░ for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
