Grilled Morgherita Pizza

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Prebaked original italian pizza crust 14 Ounce (1 Package, 1/2 Inch)
  Plum tomatoes 2 , thinly sliced (Or Roma)
  Coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Low fat italian cheese blend 4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the gas or charcoal grill

MAKING
2. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, oil and oregano well.
3. Brush this mix over the pizza crust
4. Top the pizza crust with the tomatoes, basil, and cheese
5. Place the pizza crust on the grill. Cover the grill and cook on medium-low heat for 7-9 minutes
6. Move the pizza around every 2 minutes to prevent it from burning
7. When the cheese is melted, remove the pizza from the grill and set aside
8. When cool, cut into 36 squares

SERVING
9. Serve hot immediately
