Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  Plain flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dried yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (More depending on the flour)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch, to taste
Directions

MAKING
1) To a bowl add the flour and yeast along with salt and mix in a food processor. Increase the speed of the mixer gradually and keep adding the water and oil till the mixture becomes dough.
2) Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 1 ½ hours, the dough must be patted back down at 1hr in between resting time.

SERVING
Shape the dough into a pizza and cook with your choice of toppings.

TIPS
The same dough can be made by kneading dry ingredients and gradually mixing in the wet ingredients in a bowl avoiding any lumps.
