|Bread dough||4 Cup (64 tbs), made with 4 cups flour|
|Egg||1 , beaten (For Glazing)|
|Grated cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomatoes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Pinch|
Divide the dough into four portions.
Roll out each portion on a floured surface to a round about 8 inches in diameter.
Place on greased baking sheets.
Push up the edges of the dough rounds to make a raised border.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes, then bake in a hot oven (425° F) for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Hard-cook the eggs, then shell and slice.
Drain the anchovy fillets and arrange on the pizza bases.
Cover with the egg and tomato slices, then sprinkle over the oil and curry powder.
Cut the cheese into strips and arrange in a latticework on top of each pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
