Ingredients
  Melba toast rounds 18
  Tomato paste 3 Ounce (1/2 Of 5 1/2 Ounce / 156 Milliliter Can)
  Italian seasoning 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Pepperoni slices 18
  Grated parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1) Over each melba toast, evenly spread a teaspoonful of the tomato paste.
2) Sprinkle all over with the Italian seasoning.
3) Place a slice of pepperoni on top and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
4) Place on the rack and toast as per directions.

SERVING
5) Serve in a nice plate.
