|Pizza sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen whole wheat bread dough||16 Ounce, thawed|
|Yellow cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried italian seasoning/Oregano, crushed / 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed||1 Teaspoon|
|Assorted meat/Assorted vegetables||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Prepare either the Italian Pizza Sauce or the Pimiento Sauce. For crust, lightly grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan and sprinkle pan with cornmeal. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to a 16 x 11-inch rectangle. Transfer dough to the prepared pan. Build up edges slightly. Do not let rise. Bake in a 425° oven about 12 minutes or till brown. Spread prepared sauce over hot crust. Layer with seasonings and your choice of meat, vegetables, and cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or till bubbly and hot.
