Ingredients
For thin (12" - 14")
  Flour 33 Tablespoon (2 Cups Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), with dry yeast dissolved
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Knead 15 minutes.
Allow to rise.
Punch down.
Repeat.
(For crisper crust use 1 tbsp. corn meal instead of flour)
