|Low carb marinara sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce, grated to make 1 cup|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Set a rack on a baking sheet.
2. Cut a 3-inch circle out of each slice of bread. Set on rack; brush tops of circles with oil. Bake until crisp and golden, 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Combine sauce and 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan in a small bowl. Spread each crust with sauce; top with mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano and remaining tablespoon Parmesan. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes longer. Cool slightly before serving.
