Traditional Pizza

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Compressed yeast 2⁄3 Ounce (1 Cake)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Anchovy fillets 10
  Capers 4
Directions

Sift the flour and make a well in the center.
Cream the yeast with the sugar, 7 tablespoons of the lukewarm milk and 1 tablespoon of the flour.
Leave covered in a warm place for 10 minutes, until frothy.
Pour into the well in the flour; leave for 30 minutes.
Stir the yeast, flour, remainder of the warm milk, half the oil and the salt together, until a dough is formed.
Roll out thinly to a large circle.
Place on a greased baking sheet and turn up the edges slightly.
Peel and slice the tomatoes and place on the dough.
Add the celery salt, pepper, oregano, and slices of cheese.
Scatter over the onions, anchovies, capers and the remaining oil.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
