Pam's Pizza Potatoes
|Sliced baking potatoes||6 Cup (96 tbs), unpeeled|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (One 8 Ounce Can, Hunt'S)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded kraft low fat mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Splenda/Sugar twin||1 Tablespoon (Pourable)|
|Pizza seasoning/Italian seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine potatoes and onion.
In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, mozzarella cheese, Splenda, and pizza seasoning.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over potato mixture.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
