Pam's Pizza Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sliced baking potatoes 6 Cup (96 tbs), unpeeled
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (One 8 Ounce Can, Hunt'S)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded kraft low fat mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)
  Splenda/Sugar twin 1 Tablespoon (Pourable)
  Pizza seasoning/Italian seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine potatoes and onion.
In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, mozzarella cheese, Splenda, and pizza seasoning.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over potato mixture.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
