Almond Raisin Nut Pizza
|Finely ground almonds||1 Liter|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Liter|
|Amaretto liqueur||125 Milliliter|
|Sweet dough||5 (Basic Pizza Dough)|
|Raspberry preserves||250 Milliliter|
|Seedless raisins||250 Milliliter|
|Roasted almond halves||250 Milliliter|
Blend the ground almonds, sugar, egg whites and liqueur together.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Pan the dough.
Spread with raspberry preserves.
Spoon the filling over the dough.
Sprinkle with raisins and almonds.
Foil wrap the edges, bake in the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
Chill before serving.
