Ingredients
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Saltines/Other low fat crackers 50
  Low fat cheese 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Fresh mushrooms 6 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , cut into small slices
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine soup, garlic, and oregano. Let stand 20-30 minutes.
3. Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon sauce, a slice of cheese, and a mushroom or green pepper slice.
4. Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
