Mango Pizza Sweet
|Dry yeast||1 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mango pulp||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Mango pulp||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mango||1 , sliced into small pieces|
|Milk powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cottage cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Take warm water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle yeast and sugar over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Add mango pulp, salt, oil and flour to water and knead to a soft dough.
Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour, and roll out to a 30 cm round base.
Put it in a baking dish and prick with flour.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the base from the dish and cool.
Smear butter on the pizza base.
Mix milk powder and mango pulp and spread over the base.
Sprinkle sugar all over.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Keep the slices of mango and spread cottage cheese over the baked pizza.
Bake again for 2-3 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C Remove and cool slightly.
Decorate with cherries and serve.
