Marinated Vegetable Pizza
|Pizza crust||1 (14 Inch)|
|Marinara sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Marinated artichoke hearts||6 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Marinated mushrooms||3 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Pimentos||4 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Jar)|
|Dry oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
Prepare Traditional Pizza Crust. If following traditional baking method, pre-bake crust as instructed.
Spread marinara sauce over pizza crust, leaving a 34-inch border uncovered around the outer edge. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Arrange vegetables over cheese in an attractive design and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 400° F. for about 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is well melted.
