Veg Thin Crust Pizza
|Pizza dough||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced lengthwise|
|Sliced green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced lengthwise|
|Pizza sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly grated mozzarella cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Teaspoon|
|Chopped flat leaf italian parsley||1 Teaspoon (for garnish)|
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
Roll out the pizza dough and tranfer it to the baking sheet.
Prick the dough all over with a fork.
Brush with extra virgin olive oil. Add salt & pepper to taste and bake the dough until lightly brown (about 6-7 minutes). Cool.
When the dough has cooled, brush pizza sauce evenly all over, top with bell pepper and onion, sprinkle italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese evenly.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted (about 10 minutes)
Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
