No Crust Pizzas
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Pizza sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine egg, 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce, crumbs, onion, garlic, and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Add meat; mix well.
Divide in eight portions.
On foil-lined shallow baking pan shape each portion to 3-inch circle, building up 3/4-inch rim.
Spoon remaining sauce on each pizza.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
