|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweet basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 425°.
Stir milk and Mix together in a small bowl until dough forms.
Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.
Roll out dough with a well-floured rolling pin and place on a well-greased, 14-inch baking sheet.
Turn up edges of dough to hold in filling.
Mix together tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, and onion and spread onto dough evenly.
Add favorite topping either before or after sprinkling on cheese, as desired.
Bake 1 0 to 15 minutes or until crust is done.
