|Butterscotch chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped dry roasted peanuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (ripple type)|
|Flaked coconut||2 Tablespoon|
|Candy coated chocolate pieces||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (plain)|
|White candy coating||4 Ounce, broken into squares|
|Vegetable shortening||1 Teaspoon|
Draw 10-inch circle on parchment paper.
Place on baking sheet.
In medium mixing bowl, combine chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 4 to 6 minutes, or until chocolate melts and can be stirred smooth, stirring once.
Stir in marsh-mallows, peanuts and potato chips.
Mix well to coat.
Spread mixture evenly to cover 10-inch circle.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Top pizza with maraschino cherries and chocolate pieces.
In 2-cup measure, combine candy coating and shortening.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until candy coating melts and can be stirred smooth, stirring once.
Drizzle over chocolate pizza.
Chill for at least 1 1/2 hours, or until set.
Peel off parchment paper.
Place on serving plate.
