|Asparagus spears||8 Ounce, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces (250 Gram)|
|Baby yellow squash/Zucchini||4 Ounce, sliced (125 Gram)|
|Onions spring||3 , chopped|
|Broccoli||5 Ounce, cut into florets (155 Gram)|
|Small peas||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Place pizza base on a lightly greased baking tray.
2. Arrange asparagus, squash or zucchini, spring onions, broccoli, peas and basil over dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
3. Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp.
