Pita Pizza Snacks

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pita bread 2 , 4 inch
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
Directions

Split pita breads in half.
Toast.
Top each half with tomato sauce, cheese, green pepper and mushrooms.
Place on paper towel-lined serving plate.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate after half the time.
