Spinach And Roasted Red Pepper Pizza

  Cornmeal 1 Tablespoon
  Refrigerated pizza crust dough 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded asiago cheese 4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry (1 Package)
  Roasted red bell peppers 7 Ounce, drained and cut into 2-inch strips (1 Bottle)
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cornmeal. Pat pizza crust dough into prepared pan.
3. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, nutmeg, pepper, and spinach in a bowl; toss well. Spread spinach mixture over dough. Top with bell pepper strips; sprinkle with thyme and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
