Spinach And Roasted Red Pepper Pizza
|Refrigerated pizza crust dough||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded asiago cheese||4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry (1 Package)|
|Roasted red bell peppers||7 Ounce, drained and cut into 2-inch strips (1 Bottle)|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cornmeal. Pat pizza crust dough into prepared pan.
3. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, nutmeg, pepper, and spinach in a bowl; toss well. Spread spinach mixture over dough. Top with bell pepper strips; sprinkle with thyme and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
