1)Place a sheet of parchment paper at the bottom and lay the pizza dough on it.
2)Brush the edges of the dough with some olive oil so that it crisps up nicely.
3)Follow by pouring and spreading over the sauce with a brush or a spatula.
4)Spread the cheese all around the base followed by your choice of toppings, in this video chef has used sausage meets, salami and fried and cut up bacon.
5)A generous helping of your favorite cheeses alternated with a layer of topping would help the pizza to stay more intact while serving. Finish off with a handful of cheddar cheese and cover the lid.
6)With 42 hot coals on the top and 20 hot colas on the bottom cook this pizza till done.
7)Serve with your favorite beverages and enjoy!
