Vegan Flat Bread and Pizza Crust

Try this handy, quick recipe for a tasty gluten-free flatbread that is perfect for sandwiches, cut into triangles for dipping or used as a pizza crust. Boiled rice, Quinoa Flakes and Olive Oil! Easy as 1, 2,3
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooled (Any Grain)
  Quinoa flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Mix together rice and quinoa flakes. Add the oil and form into a sticky dough ball. break the dough into smaller balls and flatten on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. For pizza crust, flatten the entire batch onto a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. To avoid sticking use parchment paper.
