Mix together rice and quinoa flakes. Add the oil and form into a sticky dough ball. break the dough into smaller balls and flatten on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. For pizza crust, flatten the entire batch onto a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. To avoid sticking use parchment paper.
