I have been studying the online recipes for yeast and pizza making for the past two months now. It is my goal to finally learn HOW to make my own pizza. Currently I am doing sourdough! Yes, I love to do things the hard way...but it isn't once you understand the principals! Anyway: I cannot stress eneough that everyone should stress the point of using non cholorine water in the dough. This is very important. It should be posted in large letters! Meanwhile: I love the videos. Thank you.
