|Dried yeast||1⁄4 Ounce (7 Gram)|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Plain flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato puree||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Your Choice, Such As Olives, Tomato Slices, Smoked Salmon, Prawns, Pineapple, Anchovies, Salami, Ham, Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, Oregano, Basil, Artichokes)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. To make bases, combine yeast and sugar in a small bowl, stir in water. Add to sifted flour and salt, mix to a firm dough.
2. Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Divide dough into balls about 4 cm/1 1/2 in diameter. Place onto greased baking trays, press out into circles about 7 cm/2 3/4 in diameter.
3. To make topping, spread each pizza base with tomato puree, top with toppings of your choice, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in moderately hot oven for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, serve immediately.
