|Tomato sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Pepper powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Take warm water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle sugar and yeast over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Put salt, oil, cheese and flour to water and knead to a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out the dough into a 30 cm round base.
Put in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the base from the dish and cool.
Smear butter on the pizza base.
Spread tomato sauce and put grated cheese liberally over the sauce.
Sprinkle pepper powder.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5-7 minutes.
