|Dried oregano||1⁄8 Teaspoon|

|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a small bowl, combine the mushrooms, peppers, scallions, and oil.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Prick the surface of the tortilla all over with a fork.
Place between two paper towels.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, or until somewhat crisp.
Place the tortilla on a plate.
Spread with the tomato paste.
Sprinkle with the basil, oregano, and pepper.
Top with the vegetables and sprinkle with the cheese.
Microwave on high for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the cheese is melted.
