Chilli Cheese Pan Pizza

Ingredients
  Self raising flour 8 Ounce
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Vegetarian cheddar 6 Ounce, grated (165 Gram)
  Olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Tomato salsa 226 Gram (1 Jar)
  Plum tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Pitted black olives 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Directions

1. Sift the flour and cayenne into a bowl, stir in a quarter of the cheese, 3 tbsp of the oil and 6-7 tbsp water. Mix together to form a soft dough. Roll out to a circle which will fit the base of a large frying pan.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in the frying pan. Add the dough circle and gently cook for about 5 mins until the base is golden.
3. Turn the dough out onto a plate, add the remaining oil to the frying pan, then slide the dough back in to the pan to cook the other side.
4. Heat the grill to medium. Top the pizza base with the salsa, tomatoes, olives, remaining cheese and seasoning. Grill for 10 mins until golden. Serve with a salad and jacket potatoes.
